Too busy for breakfast?
Tons of my clients think they are too, until they try out a BFrank Brekkie. If you're tired of a bottomless stomach at lunch and crashing in the afternoon, these 3 client favorites are for you!
1. BREAKFAST CASSEROLE - #1 fav
10-12 Eggs
8oz Beef or sliced Chicken sausage
2 Diced sweet potatoes (pro tip: get already cooked in frozen section)
1-2 Chopped veggies such as onions, peppers, sprouts, mushrroms
Coconut oil

1. Coat inside of casserole dish with coconut oil
2. Saute veggies and sweet potato - spice to taste - then transfer to a casserole dish
3. Brown ground beef in skillet then transfer to a casserole dish
4. Whip eggs and pour over veggies and beef
5. Stir the mixture until it’s evenly distributed
6. Bake at 365deg for 30-45min (varies depending on the oven)
Makes 4-5 servings. Simply cut and re-heat in the oven while you're getting ready and you've got a badass, balanced brekkie.
2. EGG WHITE OATMEAL (my fav)
3/4 Cup egg whites
1/4-1/2 Cup oatmeal
1/2-1 Cup water
1/2 Banana
1/4 cup Blueberries
2 TBSP Almond butter
Pumpkin seeds
@Flavorgod Buttery Cinnamon Roll or straight cinnamon
1. Bring water to boil (1/2 cup for 1/4 oats, 1 cup for 1/2 oats), add oats & stir until water is absorbed
2. In separate bowl mash banana & almond butter
3. Lower stove temp & add egg whites to oatmeal. Stir until fluffy
4. Transfer oatmeal to banana bowl, mix & top with pumpkin seeds, blueberries & seasoning to taste
3. SUPER SMOOTHIE (great for snacks)
2-3 Veggies of choice - cauliflower, red cabbage, sprouts & cucumber are great
1 cup Frozen sweet potato
1 scoop Whey protein (I use @honeybeard)
1/2 Avocado
1/2 Cup Pea, almond or coconut milk
Blend and enjoy. This smoothie is the right amount of sweetness & enough macro/micro-nutrients to actually sustain you.
