Constantly feeling rushed? Overwhelmed? No bandwidth?
Setting up a more intentional morning routine is one of the EASIEST ways to get your life on lock.
Instead of hitting the ground running, constantly behind and RE-acting to everything that comes your way, you will be prepared for the daily onslaught and meet it with clarity of purpose.
FHF peeps learn how to create a routine based on a 3-part process that only varies according to their time and demands. My moms & dads have a few extra demands and less flexibility, but this just means having a routine is even more crucial for them.
Here's how we do it.
CREATING A MORNING ROUTINE THAT WORKS
Part 1: Physiological --> Wake Up and Prep the Body
Part 2: Mental --> Anchor Habits
Part 3: Logistics --> Tasks and Other Stuff That's Gotta Happen
EXAMPLE A: 30-35 minutes

3. Pop breakfast in the oven (egg casseroles are a client fav)
3. Get ready with clothes laid out the night before
3. Eat - sit, chew, relax
3. Grab prepped meal on the way out
