Yeah, I know so clickbait-y but these are some of my favorite, effective as hell tips. Check ’em out and let me know what you think!
1. DRY BRUSH
I started dry brushing before showers 3 years ago & noticed an insane difference in my skin (even cellulite).
Snag yourself a body brush w/ handle. Start at your ankles and brush upwards towards your heart. Rinse off & moisturize with a dry oil for bangin’ skin.
2. COLD SHOWER
A cold shower turns you from a wuss into a boss, gives you increased mental clarity, boosts immunity and circulation, and relieves depression (plus mucho more).
Finish off your showers with a 20-30s cold spray. Breathe DEEPLY, don’t panic & enjoy the red pill.
3. 4+ VEGGIES/DAY
Okay fine, kind of a no-brainer. But it never fails to surprise people HOW differently they feel when they up the ante here.
4. JOURNAL 1x/DAY
10/10 recommend. This practice helps me see where I tend to get stuck & adjust accordingly

5. MORNING & EVENING ROUTINES
This is a fundamental practice for all BFrank clients. Starting your day with calm & intention then finishing it in the same way pays insane health dividends.
6. MOVE INTENTIONALLY - 30 MIN PER DAY
Find a form of movement that you enjoy/can learn to enjoy
Walk, explore your body’s capabilities gently, and LIFT weights
7. LEARN HOW TO BREATHE
