The basics don't seem like they'll be "enough" for you.

You need more. You're an outlier. Maybe your metabolism IS broken (it’s not).

Hey,???????? if you suspect hormone imbalance, thyroid issues or gut dysfunction...HIRE A PROFESSIONAL.

But if you're just feeling stuck and slacking on the essentials then punting the blame to your hormones or insulin is a cop out. It sounds sexy. It gets likes on IG. But it ain’t the whole game.

2️⃣Identify which area you need to step up (energy balance, NEAT, etc). Lean into that thing like it's your whole damn job. Rinse and repeat for all of the fundamentals.

  • Chill out every day via walks, breathwork, being outside, playing
