Step 1 To Managing Your Health (and FEELING GREAT) While Traveling
Despite traveling being a lifelong dream of mine, it wasn't until the last few years that I figured out how to feel good while doing it.
Today we're talking Step 1!
STEP 1. Identify the type of trip = YOLO/leisure, find a balance, OR maintain current trajectory.
STEP 2. What are your dominoes?
STEP 3. Is there anything you can bring or prep?

Each of these approaches requires different mindset. Only you can decide what’s right + appropriate for your goals. Just be at peace with your decision!
YOLO
Honeymoons, overseas trips, vacays
ENJOY YOUR TIME. If that means letting loose, so be it. Hit the absolute basics (hydrate, crush protein/veggies when able, and a light stretch each day).
BALANCE
Limited control but don't wanna go cray (i.e. business trips, longer vacays)
ALL WORK NO PLAY
On a roll and don't mind being a lil nutso to keep it going
You MUST do some research beforehand.
Pack as much as you can.
