STICK WITH YOUR MEAL TIMING
Your body doesn’t know the difference between a Monday and a Saturday. Just because your schedule changes doesn’t mean mealtime has to.
No matter how hard you workout during the week, if you mold to your couch for two days, you'll be bummed by how you feel on Monday. Win early and win often - in other words, start the weekend with a walk or a quick workout and you'll find it much easier to keep that momentum going throughout the weekend (it's way harder to get off that couch once you've become part of it haha).
PLAY & RE-ENERGIZE
You cannot expect to succeed in the long game without re-energizing. Carve out intentional time to play, relax, and find pleasure just for the sake of pleasure! This is crucial for your mental health, your productivity and your stamina long-term.
