5 Keys to CONSISTENCY

Gonna guess some things about ya then give you 5 CLUTCH keys to becoming a consistent af goal crusher????????:

  • ????You're overwhelmed by trying to keep things "fresh" & "interesting"...
    • ...Cuz you think you get bored by eating the same foods
  • ????You tell yourself you love food too much...
    • ...Since you don’t see how those star-crossed goals can align, you don't try very hard
  • ????You're overcomplicating meal prepping...
    • ...Either wasting hours on a Sunday or not trying at all
  • ????You're over-restricting during the week...
    • ...So you lose your sh*t on the weekends
  • ????You still think of foods as "bad" or "good"...
    • ...Which leaves you confused as heck about what’s wrong/right

????5 KEYS TO BEING CONSISTENT????

1️⃣1. IDENTIFY APPROPRIATE GOALS THEN KEEP THE GOAL THE GOAL

Dropping some fat will not necessarily give you a lean+toned physique. It's 100% OK to want to change but make sure you're addressing your headspace along the way & not wasting your time (i.e. trying to lose weight when you really need to increase muscle and/or lose fat - ain't the same thing, folks).

2️⃣SYSTEMS FIRST

How do you need to set up your environment to make yourself get to the gym? How does food need to be planned, acquired, prepared so that your default becomes a meal that gets you closer to your goals and not whatever the kids left over?

3️⃣STOP BEING A PERFECTIONIST D*CK TO YOURSELF

You're gonna "mess up", miss a workout, eat cake at a wedding m, skip your walk. Boo hoo. Welcome to life. Go to bed & wake up tomorrow and GSD. If you stopped wasting all that time wallowing, you'd already be knee deep in crushing your goals.

4️⃣PLAN REGULAR SOCIAL EVENTS AND UNPLANNED MEALS

The #1 mistake I see people make is planning every single meal. Ya psychos. As if you're gonna go from Wingstop every day to chicken, rice & zucchini. I promise you'll still see results, just don't eat like an asshole, mk?

5️⃣DON'T DO IT ALONE

Bring ???????? someone ???????? into the game. Your partner/spouse, friend, sister, a coach. You’re 730% more likely to experience success & that statistic was 37% made but you know I'm right, dontcha.
