1. MOVE WITH INTENTION
Make every rep count, from your first in warmup to the extras you get between sets. Make your last rep your best rep.
2. COOL DOWN
For at least 5 minutes after workouts. Incorporate breathing and gentle stretches to release whatever you just spent an hour freaking out.
3. BREATHE
Learn how to breathe properly during your workouts and life.
4. ASK WHY
You are doing what you are doing, and if you don’t know why, figure it out.
5. SLEEP
A minimum of 7-8 hours, quality. If you’re not, forget about everything else and make this your focus.
6. RECHARGE
Accumulate 30 minutes per day of “recharge” activities - NOT TV, NOT going out…reading, being outside, breathing, meditation, meaningful conversations.
